    1. Getting started
      1. Can I use my existing domain if I use Infinys services?
        Yes, you can. You still can use your own existing domain.
      2. If I already have my own email system, can I use Infinys services?
        Yes, you can. Even tough you already had your own email system, you still can use Infinys services.
      3. I already have my own email system and i would like to use Infinys services but only several accounts. Will it be possible?
        Yes, it's possible. If you want to use Infinys services for several accounts, all you have to do is configure autoforward on your email system.
      4. How to configure autoforward?
        Autoforward configuration is different between each system. It can be done through your control panel (usually you will have it if you host your email system on email hosting provider), or it can be done on your own email server.

      5. What should I do if I already had my own domain and want to use Infinys services?
        If you already had your own domain, there two options you can choose:
        1. Move your domain mx record to mx.lalampa.com (117.102.248.7). After that, you need to add CNAME record on your domain:
          • Autodiscover = auto-discover.lalampa.com
          • Owa = mail.lalampa.com
        2. Change your NS domain to:
          • NS1.lalampa.com
          • NS2.lalampa.com
          • NS3.lalampa.com
    2. Managing your account
      1. Can I manage my own accounts?
        Yes, you can. Every hosted organization will get each administrator account who can manage individually.
      2. What's the rights of administrator?
        Administrator has the rights to do change on account configuration such as create a distribution list, change user name, configure autoforward, etc.
      3. Can I create or delete the accounts by myself?
        No, you can not. Customer can not create or delete accounts. For this process, you can call our Customer Care.
    3. Mail client configuration
      1. What kind of email client application that supported by Infinys services?
        Infinys recommends to use Microsoft Outlook 2007 as email client application. This application already included if you're subscribe to Infinys services (C2 Pro only). So you don't have to worry about licensing.
        Other email client application that supported by Infinys services is Microsoft Entourage 2008 (already included also). Email applications that running POP3/IMAP4 protocol can be used also, but you won't get all the features inside.

    4. Office Communicator
      1. What is Office Communication Server?
        Office Communication Server (OCS) is the latest Microsoft technology that functioned as communication server, with features text messaging, voice call, video conferencing and shareing desktop sebagai server komunikasi melalui text messaging, voice call, video call, conferencing, dan shared desktop.
        This technology can be integrated and collaborate with Microsoft Exchange Server and Microsoft SharePoint Server.
      2. What client application do I need?
        You will need Microsoft Office Communicator to enjoy this services (already included on subscription).
      3. How to configure Microsoft Office Communicator?
        Please follow our guide lines – included on subscription package.
      4. What are the features inside Microsoft Office Communicator?
        The features that you can enjoy:
        • Text messaging
        • Voice call
        • Video call
        • Conferencing
        • Sharing desktop
      5. How much bandwidth required to run these features?
        We recomend using minimum bandwidth up to 128 kbps/user to get the best performance.
    5. Web accessing
      1. If I were outside of my office and didn't bring my notebook, how can I access Infinys services?
        Infinys services can be access through web browser. So you don't have to bring your notebook everywhere or rely on your desktop PC at home.
      2. Which Infinys services that can be access through web browser?
        All Infinys services can be access through your web browser, from email to document portal.
        The URLs of Infinys services are:
        • Email : mail.lalampa.com
        • OCS : cwa.lalampa.com
        • SharePoint: <depend on customer site>
      3. What's the difference between accessing through web browser and client application?
        Almost all features can be access through web browser, except for OCS (cwa.lalampa.com). The features like voice call and video call are disabled in web access mode.
    6. Mobile synchronization
      1. Does Infinys services can be access through handheld devices?
        Yes, it does. Infinys services can be access through handheld.
      2. What kind of handheld devices that supported by Infinys?
        Handheld devices that supported by Infinys are:
        • Windows Phone/ Windows Mobile based
        • Symbian based– Nokia, Sony Ericcson
        • BlackBerry
        • iPhone
        • Android based(only for email synchronization)
      3. How to configure Windows phone device?

          Yes it does. Infinys services support for POP3/IMAP4 protocol.

  2. Cloud Server
    1. Getting started
      1. What is CloudS erver?
        Cloud Server is like an instant server. It has an operating system built inside and it can functioned just like a real physical server.
      2. What is the differences between Cloud Server and Co-Location?
        Cloud Server is defenitely different compare to Co-Location. If you rent a Co-Location, You have to prepare all the hardwares by yourself, installing the operating system and do backup and monitoring.
        By using Cloud Server, you're no longer to do that. Plan your needs, choose the package that suit on your needs, and subscribe. Then you'll have your server ready in minutes. We'll do the backup and monitoring for you.
      3. How to subscribe Cloud Server?
        No need for complicated administration process. Call our Sales or Customer Care, complete the form they send you and you'll get notification if your Cloud Server is ready.
      4. How long does it take from subscription untill the Cloud Server is ready to use?
        It will takes no more than 1 x 24 hrs after you complete the forms.
      5. What kind of operating system that supported by Infinys services?
        Infinys Cloud Server support several operating system. Right now our Cloud Server built with Windows Server 2008 R2 inside.
    2. Managing your Cloud Server
      1. How to monitor my Cloud Server?
        You'll be given a control panel account to monitor your Cloud Server performance, once you subscribe to our services.
      2. Who has access to my Cloud Server?
        Cloud Server can only be accessed by customer themself. Customer will be given 2 Remote User accounts who has access to Cloud Server. Customer will be asked to change their password for first time.
      3. How to access my Cloud Server?
        You can access your Cloud Server through web broser (via your control panel) or access using Remote Desktop Protocol (built in on your Windows OS).
